Hi Sonny and all at Asian Destination
|

My brother, my wife and I just finished an Intrepid tour in Viet Nam with Amanda and yourself and had a fantastic time. I have attached some photos we took and will be sending Amanda some by post as well to keep or show you and Tran and the other guides.
We got home to Australia ok and just thought that you made such an impact on us that we had to write and thank you once again for sharing your rice wine and stories on the Mekong Delta. I am sure that without your input and introduction to Viet Nam, we would not have enjoyed the rest of the country as much.It was probably just normal stuff for you being a guide in Ho Chi Min City and the Delta, but for us it was really fun. The Cyclo guides you organised were a terrific way to start our tour of your country. I hope you have many more tours and can enjoy the photos attached and stories with Amanda. Our whole group enjoyed your company and regret not having more photos of yourself and Tran.
Thankyou again,
Mark and Lynne Nelson

Dear Andrew!
Hi! Wow... I couldn't imagine we would enjoy our tour this much. Indeed, we had a wonderful time... and we arrived home (today) contented and happy with the services your good office has offered us. Indeed, we couldn't thank you enough for everything and making us feel so at home while in Saigon. In fact, yesterday over lunch at Pho 24, we couldn't imagine that our tour's almost over.
Thanks so much for Mr. Vu. We had fun and good time with him. He was equipped with the knowledge we wanted for a tour guide... and he knew so much how to lead the way. And his patience with us was something. We will truly miss him. We just hope he enjoyed his time with us as much as we did.
Thanks, too, for Mr. My... splendid driver. Simple yet very unassuming. Always smiling. We felt so at home while on tour. We enjoyed each day in the coach.
Thanks,of course, to you. It was nice meeting you and your reassuring words for me that we'd sure enjoy Saigon was worth all the encouragement we needed at the start of the trip. You were indeed right, we had a good time.
Rest assured that I shall be recommending your good company to friends and others who might be interested to visit your place, too.
Am attaching pictures to show you how much we've enjoyed our stay there. Please refer to that photo in the mall as I introduce my companions to you. There's Carlota, Carina, ME, Marion, Benny, Laarni and Egay. Of course, that's me in the solo photo.
Once again, thank you on behalf of our group.
Kathy

Dear Mr Andrew
I'm sorry that I haven't emailed you earlier to thank you for the arrangements you made for us and the efficiency of your guides.
We had a marvellous time in Vietnam, and saw many amazing and beautiful sights. We found the people friendly and helpful and the food excellent.
The tour you had arranged for us was first class, and the guides and drivers were excellent. Hotel accommodation was also good.
It's a pity we did not make it to Sapa but we were very impressed at the efficiency of the rearrangements, and enjoyed our stay in Mai Chau. We will have to return and visit Sapa in the future.
Particular highlights of the trip were Halong Bay, the cities of Hue and Hoi An, and the trips on the Mekong to visit the river people, but we enjoyed all aspects of the trip. We did find Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city very noisy and busy, but interesting to see. The war museum in Ho Chi Minh was very moving.
Thank you once again for your excellent service and organisation. I am happy to recommend you to others wishing to visit your lovely country.
Best regards
Phil Shotton

Mr Andrew,
Just a short note to thank you for arranging our recent trip to Vietnam.
The entire trip went off without any problems and all our tour guides and drivers were very efficient, friendly and punctual.
We had a great holiday and really learnt a great deal about your country and culture, both past and present.
Loved the food.
We certainly hope to return some time to continue our discovery, as there are still many areas and adventures that we have yet to experience.
We will certainly recommend your services to our friends if they decide to visit your country.
Many Thanks once again,
Regards and best wishes.

Dear Andrew,
Being a Vietnam Veteran 1968-69 I wanted to go back to Vietnam two years ago and was very fortunate to have you for all my in country arrangements.
You did a super job for me from when I arrived until I left, you were only a phone call away which really came in handy at times.
That is why I am using you again this December when I will be in Vietnam again, in fact you have already made all my reservations to where ever I am traveling again this time. Plus your recommendations are always very good. I have recommended you to all my friends and Army buddies.
Keep up the good work.
Your friend

Mr Andrew,
Just a short note to thank you for all you did to make our trip to your country such a success. We had a wonderful time with the help of all your guides; one was as good as the next. We especially enjoyed Ha in Hanoi who was so willing to alter our plans and guide us to see more of your capital city.
On behalf of Yolanda, Linda and John, I want to wish you well and hopefully we will call on you in the future if our travels bring us to Asia.
Thanks again.

Hi Andrew
Second day back at work today! It is hard being back from holidays!
Haydn and I just wanted to say again thank you very very much for arranging our trip. We had such a wonderful time. We are sorry we missed you in Saigon! Vietnam is a wonderful place and we will undoubtedly be back again. The tour guides we had were exceptional and the service could not be faulted. We got to see a great cross section of your beautiful country and have many fantastic photos and memories to take with us.
Attached is a photo of us with our guide that took us from Hue to Nha Trang. Lovely man.
Thanks again. I will be highly recommending your company to friends and colleagues!
Hopefully i will be in touch with you again in the not too distant future!

Dear Mr Andrew,
Sorry for not writing to you earlier, just got caught up with work.
All of us had a wonderful holiday in Vietnam, your arrangements were perfect, thank you once again for everything.
We particularly liked the 2 nights we spent on the `Indochina' Junk.
The hotel too in Hanoi, the `Maison Hanova' was also wonderful.
I am going to reccomend your agency to my friends who are planning holidays in that part of the world. In fact a Mrs Chopra will get in touch with you, she is my wife's sister and is planning a trip. Please give your best service and best price.
Thanks and Regards

Dear Andrew,
Nice to hear from you. The trip is still very often in my mind, at least every time that I am still working with the many photos, I made during the trip The trip was intensive, but great. We particularly enjoyed the country side of both Vietnam and Cambodja.
Home staying in Mekong was a great experience. The weather in Mekong was not so good, but that did not spoil the experience. To the contrary it made it more interesting to see how life continues even under such circumstances.
Of course Siem Riep and Angkor Wat were great, but I want to specifically mention Kampog Phluk. This day day trip was really great because there were hardly any tourists in the village.
We may have been lucky because some festivals (prayers to ancestors and the preparation for a funeral) were ongoing. Halong Bay was another great experience and also Hoy An was a beautiful old town. We really enjoyed wondering around there at the market and in the centre and having a drink or meal in one of the small restaurants viewing local life at the riverside.
All in all the arrangements you made were good, you showed flexibility and the tour was great.
Best regards,
